Road Surfacing

Living in a Private Avenue comes with the responsibility of maintaining the actual road surface. That said it was decided that we, the Residents Association Committee would need to call in the professionals as it was too greater job to do in house. After due diligence in checking credentials, we decided on ‘Oxgate Surfacing’ over another firm considered suitable for the task. Oxgate is a family run firm and Josh Gordon was my first point of contact. The initial assessment of the Avenue road surface was completed by Josh on a site visit and the costs worked out and presented in a professional manner. Jo Gordon, Josh’s brother and co owner is in charge of operations and supervised the laying of the Asphalt and road line marking. He was supported by a great team if workers. Some concrete trench surfaces were also added to the resurfacing work and they too were speedily dealt with. To sum up ‘Oxgate Surfacing’, are a family run firm, reliable, professional and have excellent work ethics.
